About Frances Johnson

I was born in Puerto Rico and raised in South Carolina due to my dad’s military service in the Navy. Spanish became my first language, and I’ve had the privilege of living in Charleston for over 22 years, which has given me a deep understanding of the area and its growth. The Lowcountry is now home, and I’m proud to help others discover what makes this region so special.

My real estate career began almost a decade ago, and I never could have imagined the profound impact I’d have on so many lives by guiding people through one of the most important decisions they will ever make—buying or selling a home. It’s an incredibly rewarding experience, and I’m dedicated to making every step of the process as smooth and successful as possible for my clients.

Before transitioning to real estate, I served in the Department of Corrections as a hostage negotiator. This unique background instilled in me a passion for negotiation, which I now use to advocate on behalf of my clients.
